Chia Seed Pudding #sweettooth
Easiest recipe you ever did see:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of light coconut milk or any non dairy milk
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons of stevia/sugar
- 1/3 cup of mixed berries
- 2 tsp of honey or maple syrup
- 1 small mason jar
Directions:
1) Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and stevia in mason jar
2) Set mixture in fridge for an hour or overnight
3) Serve with berries, shaved coconut and honey/maple syrup to taste
