Raw Vegan Desserts #datesaredelicious
I'm not Vegan, but I do appreciate a good vegan dessert. I made two easy desserts that are relatively healthy and pretty tasty too!
Fudge brownies with Cashew Frosting:
I used the recipe from the ladies at Starting Out Raw, and they turned out pretty dang delicious.

These bites I made are based upon the above recipe, with a twist!

Ingredients: - 1 cup of dates (pitted) -1/2 cup of almonds -1/2 cup of cashews - 1/4 cup of cacao powder - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions: 1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients. until soft
2. Roll into balls (bite size)
3. Roll the bites into coconut
That's it! you're done! And you can store them in the fridge and take them out when you are ready to snack or before/after a workout!
